About 8 months before this
incident my children started taking judo.
The head blackbelt was openly and vocally anti home school. He is a veteran
of approximately 30 years of teaching and an NEA leader. He repeated the typical
anti-HS propaganda spouted by the NEA. As the time went on he said a few very
complimentary things about our 4 children. he actual incident in question occurred
when a 3rd party said something to us in front of him pertaining to HS and he interjected
without any warning, "Well I have always been against home schooling, but judging by
your kids I think it may be the only way to go"!
